Aquaculture Wholesale Market Report

Week Ending December 27, 1996

HIGHLIGHTS

The Mid-west market report for the week ending December 27, 1997 was misplaced during the hectic holiday season. Only whole Atlantic salmon, walleye fillets and whole walleyes were comparable to the October report. Whole walleyes were lower in volume but higher in price. Whole Atlantic salmon and walleye fillets were higher in price and volume.

Note: The Wholesale Market Report can now be accessed on Internet at the following address: http://ansc.purdue.edu/aquanic/publicat/other_pubs/mdwms.htm
